The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support student progress and achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student performance to ensure continuous improvement and identification of learning needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support school-wide improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, equity, and student well-being in the classroom.
  • Support the school’s mission by fostering resilience, independence, and confidence in students.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider academic community.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and carers about student progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Maths education.
  • Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to inclusion, equity, and student well-being.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and support student achievement.
  • Experience working in a school environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Experience with ECT or Main Scale/UPS staff.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience within a teaching team.
  • Experience in curriculum development or school improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the Windsor Academy Trust or similar multi-academy trusts.
