The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students of all abilities.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to support student progress and achievement.
- Monitor and assess student performance to ensure continuous improvement and identification of learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support school-wide improvement initiatives.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, equity, and student well-being in the classroom.
- Support the school’s mission by fostering resilience, independence, and confidence in students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the wider academic community.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and carers about student progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Maths education.
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Commitment to inclusion, equity, and student well-being.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and support student achievement.
- Experience working in a school environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
Preferred
- Experience with ECT or Main Scale/UPS staff.
- Leadership or mentorship experience within a teaching team.
- Experience in curriculum development or school improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with the Windsor Academy Trust or similar multi-academy trusts.
