Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality RE/PSHE lessons that inspire and engage students.
  • Support the development of students’ personal, social, and emotional skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and inclusive curriculum.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support where needed.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through extra-curricular activities and pastoral support.
  • Maintain accurate records and report on student achievement and behavior.
  • Stay up to date with developments in RE/PSHE and incorporate best practices into teaching.
  • Support the school’s vision for excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant RE/PSHE experience.
  • Strong classroom management and teaching skills.
  • Commitment to inclusion and equity for all learners.
  • Experience in developing and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with the Windsor Academy Trust and its ethos.
  • Experience in pastoral care or student support.
  • Demonstrated success in improving student outcomes.
