Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across the school community.
- Experience in planning and delivering engaging, student-centred lessons.
Preferred
- Experience in a specialist Performing Arts setting.
- Familiarity with TLR criteria and eligibility.
- Experience with music technology and digital resources.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
