The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic team of educators to teach A level Mathematics and A level Statistics to 16–19-year-olds. This is a fixed-term, full-time role for the Autumn term, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact in a high-achieving academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in A level Mathematics and A level Statistics.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and support student learning.
• Contribute to the wider college community through enrichment activities and academic mentoring.
• Implement evidence-informed teaching approaches to enhance student outcomes.
• Work as part of a team, sharing resources and ideas to improve practice.
• Develop positive, respectful relationships with students based on high aspirations and equality.
• Support students in achieving their academic goals and personal development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong academic background in Mathematics.
• Ability to teach both A level Mathematics and A level Statistics.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering student success.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and share ideas and resources.

Preferred

• Experience teaching A level subjects such as Further Mathematics or Computer Science.
• Experience with evidence-informed teaching methods.
• Background in education or related fields.
