Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons tailored to Key Stage 5 students.
• Support students in achieving excellent results in GCSEs and A-Levels.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that align with the school’s mission.
• Provide pastoral support and mentorship to students within an academic group.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and student learning experiences.
• Participate in Continuous Professional Development and contribute to departmental goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at Key Stage 5.
• Strong commitment to student achievement and personal development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
• Background in STEM education or related fields.
• Experience with pastoral support and academic mentoring.
• Familiarity with the Ofsted framework and high standards of education.
