Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French and Spanish across all key stages, including KS5.
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote student achievement and enthusiasm for language learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the school and within the Seven Kings’ Learning Partnership to enhance teaching and learning.
- Support the department’s commitment to outstanding examination results and continuous improvement.
- Participate in coaching, leadership development, and cross-school collaboration opportunities.
- Contribute to the school’s mission of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Engage in professional development and research-informed practice to enhance teaching methods and student outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with experience in teaching French and Spanish.
- Ability to teach across the full age range, including KS5.
- Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality lessons and achieve outstanding examination results.
Preferred
- Experience in leading or contributing to departmental initiatives.
- Background in collaborative working across a multi-school partnership.
- Experience with research-informed teaching practices.
- Strong leadership potential and a desire to develop professional skills.
