Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality music lessons to students across a range of abilities.
- Support and lead instrumental and vocal ensembles, including choirs and solo performances.
- Develop and maintain a dynamic and inclusive music curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the department to enhance the overall music experience.
- Encourage student participation in performances and extracurricular music activities.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Stay up to date with current teaching practices and music education trends.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant music education experience.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, performance, and pedagogy.
- Experience in teaching students of varying abilities.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred
- Experience with instrumental or vocal coaching.
- Background in performing or composing music.
- Familiarity with music technology and digital resources.
- Experience in curriculum development or assessment.
