The Opportunity:

As a Netball Coach, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality netball coaching across all age groups and abilities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sport and committed to fostering both participation and performance in young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality netball coaching across all age groups and abilities
• Support both participation and performance pathways within the netball programme
• Coach in at least two additional sports
• Assist the Strength and Conditioning Team in delivering gym-based programmes
• Support practical elements of PE within the curriculum and provide class cover where required
• Contribute to inter-house competitions, tournaments and Taster Days
• Support outreach activity with local schools and sports clubs
• Assist with sports communications and match-day organisation
• Support extra-curricular activities, particularly within the Lower School

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Degree level (or equivalent) qualification
• Level 2 (or above) coaching qualification in Netball
• High-level playing experience in Netball
• Thorough knowledge of netball coaching and development
• Experience coaching young people across a range of ages and abilities
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, adaptable and a team player
• Commitment to developing netball and promoting inclusive participation

Preferred

• First Aid at Work qualification
• Coaching experience in additional sports
