Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students and staff by managing administrative tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the organization of school events and meetings
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front desk service
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the working environment is well-maintained
  • Support the school’s administrative systems and processes
  • Contribute to the school’s continuous improvement and development

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A commitment to team working and the importance of strong relationships
  • Motivation and a passion for helping students achieve their potential
  • High expectations of self and the young people in the school

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting
  • Familiarity with administrative software and systems
  • Experience with student support services
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Experience with managing multiple tasks under pressure
