Key Responsibilities:
- Support and nurture young children in a stimulating and safe learning environment.

- Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of children through engaging and creative activities.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and communicate regularly with parents.

- Support the implementation of the school’s pastoral care and inclusion policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Relevant qualifications in early years education or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to child safety and safeguarding.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative when required.
Preferred
- Experience in a key worker role or similar position.
- Knowledge of child development and early years curriculum.
- Experience with pastoral care and supporting children with additional needs.
