Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality science lessons that inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
  • Support the development of students’ academic, personal, and spiritual growth.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver a dynamic and comprehensive science curriculum.
  • Provide targeted support to students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

  • Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success.
  • Flexibly support other subjects as required by the department.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in science education.
  • Ability to teach across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to Islamic values and a supportive school environment.
  • Experience in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.

Preferred

  • Experience in a faith-based educational setting.
  • Leadership experience or interest in pursuing middle or senior leadership roles.
