Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, creative and engaging lessons to young learners
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment with strong behaviour management
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies aligned with the school’s curriculum
• Maintain accurate records and report regularly on student progress
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and external schools to support student development
• Utilize ICT tools effectively to enhance teaching and learning
• Communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents and staff
• Support the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant experience in early years education
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching young children
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• High level of literacy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and build positive relationships

Preferred

• Experience in a school rated “Outstanding” by Ofsted
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and curriculum design
• Experience with ICT tools and digital learning platforms
• Background in pastoral care or student support
