Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver rich, engaging learning experiences aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment that supports student well-being and academic success.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary and project-based learning opportunities.
- Foster strong partnerships with families to support student learning and development.
- Plan and assess learning outcomes effectively, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching practice.
- Promote a culture of sustainability, empathy, and environmental awareness among students.
- Support students in developing key life skills, including resilience, collaboration, and self-efficacy.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Native-level English language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2 in British schools.
- A track record of outstanding teaching and learning, with the ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment.
Preferred
- Experience with experiential, project-based, and outdoor learning approaches.
- A passion for sustainability, environmental education, and social responsibility.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Experience working in international or multicultural educational settings.
