As a Primary School Teacher - Key Stage 1 & 2, you will play a vital role in shaping young learners through engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver rich, engaging learning experiences aligned with the National Curriculum for England.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment that supports student well-being and academic success.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary and project-based learning opportunities.
  • Foster strong partnerships with families to support student learning and development.
  • Plan and assess learning outcomes effectively, ensuring continuous improvement in teaching practice.
  • Promote a culture of sustainability, empathy, and environmental awareness among students.
  • Support students in developing key life skills, including resilience, collaboration, and self-efficacy.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and student outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Native-level English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Bachelor's degree with a PGCE in Education with QTS or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Key Stages 1 and/or 2 in British schools.
  • A track record of outstanding teaching and learning, with the ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with experiential, project-based, and outdoor learning approaches.
  • A passion for sustainability, environmental education, and social responsibility.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Experience working in international or multicultural educational settings.
