Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective and engaging lessons.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to working in a team and supporting the school’s values and ethos.
  • Experience in working with children from diverse backgrounds, including those with special educational needs and those learning English as an additional language.

Preferred

  • Experience in an Islamic faith school setting.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
  • Experience with safeguarding and child protection.
  • Familiarity with the Transform Trust and its initiatives.
  • A passion for continuous professional development and leadership in education.
