Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that promote pupil progress and achievement.

- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for students with special educational needs and those learning English as an additional language.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in primary education.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective and engaging lessons.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to working in a team and supporting the school’s values and ethos.
- Experience in working with children from diverse backgrounds, including those with special educational needs and those learning English as an additional language.
Preferred
- Experience in an Islamic faith school setting.
- Knowledge of inclusive education practices.
- Experience with safeguarding and child protection.
- Familiarity with the Transform Trust and its initiatives.
- A passion for continuous professional development and leadership in education.
