The Opportunity:
The Principal Deputy and Deputy Master - Co-Curricular, Operations & Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the school's vision and mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Principal Deputy and Deputy Master in all aspects of their work, including strategic planning and implementation.
- Manage and coordinate co-curricular, operations, and partnership activities across the school.
- Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure the smooth running of events, programs, and initiatives that align with the school's values and objectives.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of co-curricular and operational programs.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training and professional development opportunities for staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident and proactive individual with a high level of responsibility.
- Experience in a leadership or senior support role within an educational setting.
- Understanding of co-curricular, operations, and partnership management in a school environment.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in a senior role within an independent or academically selective school.
- Knowledge of educational policies and best practices.
- Experience with event planning and management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools.
