The Opportunity:

The Principal Deputy and Deputy Master - Co-Curricular, Operations & Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the school's vision and mission. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Principal Deputy and Deputy Master in all aspects of their work, including strategic planning and implementation.
  • Manage and coordinate co-curricular, operations, and partnership activities across the school.
  • Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and community organizations to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ensure the smooth running of events, programs, and initiatives that align with the school's values and objectives.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of co-curricular and operational programs.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training and professional development opportunities for staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident and proactive individual with a high level of responsibility.
  • Experience in a leadership or senior support role within an educational setting.
  • Understanding of co-curricular, operations, and partnership management in a school environment.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience in a senior role within an independent or academically selective school.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and best practices.
  • Experience with event planning and management.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools.
