Qualifications & Skills:

  • Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and student wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in leading a school within a multi-academy trust.
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and innovation in teaching practices.
  • Experience with Ofsted inspections and school improvement strategies.
  • Background in fostering strong community engagement and partnerships.
