Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a committed staff team to deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum and strong academic outcomes.
• Foster a culture of character education, enrichment, and positive relationships across the school.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that support the school’s vision and long-term goals.
• Strengthen community partnerships and engagement, including the school’s flourishing community hub.
• Ensure the school continues to meet high standards in teaching, learning, and student well-being.
• Work closely with the Regional Director and benefit from the support of a national multi-academy trust.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and equity across all aspects of school life.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally within a multi-academy trust.
• Strong track record in improving student outcomes and academic performance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing staff team.
• Commitment to the values of inclusion, equity, and student-centered education.
• Experience in strategic planning and school development.

Preferred

• Experience in leading a school with a strong community focus and engagement.
• Background in character education and student well-being initiatives.
• Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement processes.
• Experience in working within a large educational trust or organization.
