The Opportunity:
As Principal, you will lead a dynamic and values-driven school at a pivotal time in its development. This is an opportunity to drive strategic growth while maintaining the school's strong foundations and commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a committed staff team to deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum and strong academic outcomes.
- Foster a culture of character education, enrichment, and positive relationships across the school.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that support the school’s vision and long-term goals.
- Strengthen community partnerships and engagement, including the school’s flourishing community hub.
- Ensure the school continues to meet high standards in teaching, learning, and student well-being.
- Work closely with the Regional Director and benefit from the support of a national multi-academy trust.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and equity across all aspects of school life.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven leadership experience in a school setting, ideally within a multi-academy trust.
- Strong track record in improving student outcomes and academic performance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing staff team.
- Commitment to the values of inclusion, equity, and student-centered education.
- Experience in strategic planning and school development.
Preferred
- Experience in leading a school with a strong community focus and engagement.
- Background in character education and student well-being initiatives.
- Familiarity with Ofsted standards and school improvement processes.
- Experience in working within a large educational trust or organization.
