Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a high-quality, engaging curriculum in Product Design and 3D Art.
• Monitor and support student progress and development.
• Create a motivating and safe learning environment for all students.
• Contribute to the planning and development of the departmental curriculum.
• Support the school’s mission by promoting creativity, innovation, and student achievement.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in staff development and continuing professional development.
• Manage student records and track academic progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A relevant undergraduate degree.
• Experience teaching at secondary level, ideally in an 11-18 school.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum requirements for KS3 and KS4.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Strong ICT skills, including the use of interactive teaching tools.

Preferred

• Experience in multi-ethnic urban schools.
• Experience in extracurricular activities and student leadership.
• Experience with 3D design software and digital resources.
• Experience in curriculum development and resource creation.
