As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the school. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors, staff, and students.
- Manage general enquiries and coordinate communication via phone and email.
- Handle clerical duties, including word processing, data entry, and administrative support.
- Assist the administrative team with a flexible and proactive approach during busy periods.
- Ensure the front desk is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- Support the school’s operations by maintaining accurate records and correspondence.
- Act as a key liaison between the school and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the school at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
- Experience with administrative software and systems.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
