As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and students, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the school. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all visitors, staff, and students.
  • Manage general enquiries and coordinate communication via phone and email.
  • Handle clerical duties, including word processing, data entry, and administrative support.
  • Assist the administrative team with a flexible and proactive approach during busy periods.
  • Ensure the front desk is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
  • Support the school’s operations by maintaining accurate records and correspondence.
  • Act as a key liaison between the school and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of the school at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
  • Experience with administrative software and systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
