The Opportunity:

As a Regional Manager Asia, you will be responsible for leading and driving international student recruitment across the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of education by connecting students with top academic institutions and ensuring the achievement of ambitious recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve recruitment targets for all three colleges across the region.
  • Develop and implement an annual sales strategy that includes both agent and direct recruitment.
  • Generate innovative ideas to drive growth and expand the school’s presence in Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential agents across the region.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to agents, parents, students, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage all student and agent inquiries, ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through to successful enrolment.
  • Travel regularly to meet with agents and represent the school at regional events and fairs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support direct recruitment efforts through online campaigns and partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, specifically in Asia.
  • Strong sales management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience working with agents and managing direct recruitment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language (e.g., Cantonese) is a distinct advantage.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

Preferred

  • Experience with UK boarding schools and international education markets.
  • Background in developing and implementing creative recruitment initiatives.
  • Experience with digital marketing and online recruitment campaigns.
