• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the faculty and school through professional development and reflection.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.

• Fulfil the responsibilities of a school teacher in accordance with the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge in Religious Education.
• Experience in teaching at Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning, with a focus on student achievement.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
• Meeting professional standards for the career stage.

Preferred

• Experience with continuous professional development and a commitment to lifelong learning.
• Experience in delivering cross-curricular or pastoral support initiatives.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language or working with diverse student populations.
