Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
• Substantial experience in senior leadership and management within school settings.
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead a clear vision for a high-achieving school.
• Strong commitment to the STAR values and a leadership specialism.

Preferred

• Experience in leading a school through periods of improvement and growth.
• Experience with leadership development programmes and character education.
• Experience within a multi-academy trust or similar educational organisation.
