The Opportunity:

As a School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming impression of the school. You will manage communication, support staff, and ensure the smooth running of the front office in a busy school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor接待 with professionalism and efficiency
  • Provide administrative support to staff, students, and families
  • Maintain accurate records and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
  • Assist with event organisation and school communications
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors and students
  • Support the school's mission by upholding its values and principles
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when needed
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload efficiently

Preferred

  • Experience in a school or educational setting
  • Familiarity with school administration systems
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities
  • Experience with customer service or front-of-house roles
