Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Science department's curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and a valid teaching qualification.
  • Experience in science education at the secondary level.
  • Strong subject knowledge in science, with the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
  • Commitment to evidence-informed teaching and continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with the Trivium approach to education.
  • Background in developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies.
  • Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Familiarity with modern science teaching resources and technology.
