- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Science department's curriculum and teaching methods.
- Ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and a valid teaching qualification.
- Experience in science education at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge in science, with the ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons.
- Commitment to evidence-informed teaching and continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred
- Experience with the Trivium approach to education.
- Background in developing and implementing innovative teaching strategies.
- Experience in supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Familiarity with modern science teaching resources and technology.
