Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective science lessons tailored to Key Stage 3 students
- Foster curiosity, scientific thinking, and enthusiasm for learning in the classroom
- Plan and deliver lessons that meet curriculum requirements and promote student achievement
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance science teaching practices
- Support students of all abilities and backgrounds to reach their full potential

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- A strong interest or background in Chemistry or general science
- Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and effectively
- Good organisational skills with the ability to plan lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Willingness to learn, develop professionally, and work collaboratively with colleagues
Preferred
- Basic understanding of teaching principles or experience in education
- Experience with teaching Key Stage 3 students
- Familiarity with science curriculum standards and assessment methods
