- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and support

Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant subject knowledge and experience
- Proven ability to deliver engaging and innovative science lessons
- Commitment to student development and pastoral care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a school environment
Preferred
- Experience with curriculum development and assessment
- Familiarity with science education best practices
- Ability to contribute to extra-curricular activities
- Experience with small class teaching environments
- Previous involvement in professional development programs
