Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to inclusive education and supporting students with a range of needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and across the school community.
Preferred
- Experience with SEND provisions and differentiated instruction.
- Familiarity with the Early Careers Package and NPQs.
- Passion for promoting science and STEM engagement among students.
- Experience in curriculum development or leadership within a school setting.
