Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality science lessons that engage and challenge students to GCSE standard.
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that improve student outcomes and achievement.

  • Participate in extracurricular activities and events that enhance student engagement and school life.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience of delivering science lessons to GCSE standard.
  • Proven ability to achieve outstanding student outcomes and attainment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in a faith-based or multi-faith educational setting.
  • Experience with leadership development or character education programmes.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and use technology in teaching.
  • Experience with curriculum development or assessment strategies.
