Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the arts curriculum and contribute to extracurricular activities.
• Provide pastoral support and guidance to students, promoting their personal and academic growth.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Contribute to school events and community activities that promote the arts and student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
• Exceptional subject knowledge in the arts, with experience teaching the National Curriculum of England.
• Proven experience teaching International Baccalaureate (IB) and IGCSE, AS/A Level.
• A strong track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Preferred

• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Familiarity with the IB Diploma Programme.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for the arts and a commitment to student engagement and personal development.
