Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality Design Technology lessons aligned with the National Curriculum of England and international qualifications.
• Foster student creativity, critical thinking, and practical skills through engaging and hands-on learning experiences.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote student achievement and personal growth.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with developments in Design Technology and integrate innovative teaching methods into the classroom.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• A recognised educational degree, such as a Bachelor's in Education or an equivalent qualification.
• A certified teaching qualification such as a PGCE or QTS with an Early Career Teaching Certificate.
• Extensive experience teaching the National Curriculum of England, including IGCSE, AS/A Level, and the International Baccalaureate (IB).
• Exceptional subject knowledge in Design Technology.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Strong commitment to contributing to the wider school community through extracurricular activities.

Preferred

• Experience teaching in an international school setting.
• Experience with cross-curricular and project-based learning.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching technologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
