Qualifications & Skills:

- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership.
Preferred
- Experience in a similar role at an independent or selective school.
- Knowledge of educational innovation and best practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects or initiatives.
- Strong understanding of school governance and policy-making.
