The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Spanish Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the chance to inspire students across KS3 and KS4, shaping their language skills and academic success in a dynamic and supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Spanish to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, tailoring lessons to different abilities.
  • Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the teaching of languages and share best practices.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching methods.
  • Support students in achieving their full potential through individualised guidance and encouragement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with experience in teaching Spanish at Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to student success and a passion for language education.
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience with teaching a range of abilities and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and resources for language teaching.
