Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver inclusive lessons for individual and small groups of students.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, planning next steps for students on the SEND register.
  • Implement modern teaching methods and technologies, including video conferencing and online resources.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive and student-centered learning experience.
  • Engage with students in a supportive, personalized learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.
  • Participate in professional development and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Support the school’s mission of fostering self-directed learning and student engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with children across all key stages.
  • Experience working with children with severe and moderate learning difficulties.
  • Comfort with moving beyond traditional classroom teaching methods.

Preferred

  • Experience with self-directed learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a global or international school setting.
