The Opportunity:
As a Student Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across a variety of student-facing duties, including trip coordination, attendance tracking, and record-keeping. You will also work at the school reception, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for the school community. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and committed to supporting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of student trips, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Monitor and record student attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records in line with school procedures.
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service at the school reception.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the Student Services team.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s mission and values.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to deadline and to the highest standard.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using administrative software and systems.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Preferred
- Experience in student services or similar administrative roles.
- Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work across a range of duties and responsibilities.
- Experience with attendance monitoring or record-keeping systems.
