The Opportunity:

As a Student Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support across a variety of student-facing duties, including trip coordination, attendance tracking, and record-keeping. You will also work at the school reception, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for the school community. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable, and committed to supporting student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration of student trips, including planning, coordination, and documentation.
  • Monitor and record student attendance, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records in line with school procedures.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service at the school reception.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required by the Student Services team.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the school’s mission and values.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to deadline and to the highest standard.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using administrative software and systems.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Preferred

  • Experience in student services or similar administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of school policies and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work across a range of duties and responsibilities.
  • Experience with attendance monitoring or record-keeping systems.
