Seeking a Swim Teacher (Casual) to join a school's expanding swim program.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Teacher (Casual) to deliver high-quality swimming lessons as part of our expanding Bolton School Swim Scheme. This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of students while working within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during lessons.
- Follow the Swim England National Plan for Teaching Swimming and participate in CPD training.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and skill development.
- Work flexible hours, primarily in the evenings and on weekends.
- Collaborate with other staff and departments to support the school’s swimming program.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the swimming pool area.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Level 2 Swim Teacher qualification or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching swimming to children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Commitment to student safety and welfare.
Preferred
- Knowledge of the Swim England National Plan for Teaching Swimming.
- Experience in delivering lessons to a range of age groups.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting.
- First aid and water safety qualifications.
