Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned with the T Level Nursing curriculum.
  • Support students in developing the practical and theoretical skills required for a career in nursing.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Relevant qualifications in nursing or a related field.
  • Experience in teaching or training within a healthcare or education setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Experience in teaching within a sixth form or further education setting.
  • Experience with T Level qualifications or similar vocational courses.
  • A recognised teaching qualification or willingness to pursue one.
  • Experience with character education and pastoral care.
