Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Level 3 qualification or relevant NVQ in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent).
  • Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
  • Enthusiastic, resilient, and highly motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take responsibility for quality teaching.

Preferred

  • Level 4 Teaching Qualification (e.g., Certificate in Education, PGCE, or Bachelor of Education).
  • Experience with IQA, A1, or V1 assessment qualifications.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
  • Level 5 Diploma (DTLLS) or equivalent to be achieved within 3 years of appointment.
