The Opportunity:
A Teacher of Mathematics is needed to inspire and engage students in KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5. This role offers the chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic team committed to academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons that inspire and challenge students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
- Develop and implement engaging and inclusive teaching strategies that support all learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement and achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support whole-school initiatives.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to the ongoing success of the school.
- Support the school’s mission to provide an inclusive and integrated curriculum.
- Engage with students and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
- Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events that enhance student experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
- Ability to teach Mathematics to KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
- Commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.
Preferred
- Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
- Leadership or mentoring experience within a school environment.
- Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
- Familiarity with assessment and progress tracking systems.
