Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons that inspire and challenge students across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive teaching strategies that support all learners.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure continuous improvement and achievement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support whole-school initiatives.
  • Participate in professional development and contribute to the ongoing success of the school.
  • Support the school’s mission to provide an inclusive and integrated curriculum.
  • Engage with students and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school events that enhance student experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • Qualified teacher with relevant experience in Mathematics education.
  • Ability to teach Mathematics to KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5.
  • Commitment to inclusive and differentiated teaching practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with students of all abilities and backgrounds.

Preferred

  • Experience in a multi-academy trust or similar educational setting.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience within a school environment.
  • Experience with curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
  • Familiarity with assessment and progress tracking systems.
