Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs
• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe learning environment
• Support students with literacy, numeracy, and study skills
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities where appropriate

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with students in a school setting
• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing
• Organisational and time management skills

Preferred

• Experience in a teaching or support role within education
• Knowledge of curriculum delivery and student progress tracking
• Experience with literacy and numeracy support
• Familiarity with digital tools used in education
