Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in art and technology to students across all year groups.
• Support students in achieving excellent progress and results at both GCSE and A-Level.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of the technology curriculum.
• Participate in the school’s extensive enrichment programme and extracurricular activities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
• Reflect on and improve your own pedagogy through continuous professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Qualified teacher with experience in art and technology.
• Ability to teach across all levels of the curriculum or willingness to undertake training.
• Strong commitment to student success and personal development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reflective and committed to continuous professional development.

Preferred

• Experience in curriculum development or leadership within a department.
• Experience with Teaching English as a Second Language.
• Background in enrichment or extracurricular programme delivery.
• Familiarity with innovative teaching methods and technologies.
