Key Responsibilities:

• Support children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Assist in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
• Work closely with qualified staff to promote children's learning and growth
• Ensure the well-being and safety of children at all times
• Follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
• Provide one-to-one support to a child with Kniest Dysplasia
• Maintain a clean and tidy learning environment
• Communicate effectively with both children and adults

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

• Willingness to learn on the job; no prior experience necessary
• Good communication skills with children and adults
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to working hours
