Vice Principal needed to lead school improvement and support the Headteacher in a specialist academy.

The Opportunity:
As a Vice Principal, you will support the Headteacher in driving whole school improvement across curriculum, culture, behaviour, and operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Headteacher in leading whole school improvement initiatives.
- Drive high standards in curriculum, culture, behaviour, and operations.
- Strengthen systems and processes to ensure consistent delivery of quality education.
- Ensure every young person thrives in an inclusive, industry-connected environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external partners to develop and implement strategic goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that reflects the school’s values.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of school improvement strategies.
- Support the professional development of staff across the institution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Proven experience in senior leadership within education.
- Strong track record in school improvement and operations.
- Excellent knowledge of curriculum development and delivery.
- Experience in managing and leading teams effectively.
- Commitment to inclusion, diversity, and student success.
