The Opportunity:

As a Work Based Learning Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and support services to the Work Based Learning team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a high standard of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Work Based Learning team with general clerical, secretarial, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide efficient and professional support to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work-based learning programs.
  • Assist in the coordination of training and support activities.
  • Ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless service.
  • Support the implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the management of work-based learning initiatives and programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, such as Business Administration, Customer Care, or equivalent experience.
  • GCSE in English and Mathematics at grade C or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and software.

Preferred

  • Experience in an administrative or support role within education or a related sector.
  • Experience with work-based learning or apprenticeship programs.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
